Pre-Qualifying Agent

The Pre-Qualifying Agent connects with potential villa owners to assess whether they’re a good fit for BMV’s full-service management model. Your mission is to qualify leads before passing them to senior managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with villa owners or developers.
  • Explain BMV’s management system and advantages.
  • Collect and input key property information into CRM.
  • Schedule meetings for the business development team.
  • Maintain communication records and weekly reports.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
  • Experience in customer service, real estate, or tourism is a plus.
  • Organized and proactive attitude.
