We are looking for a Butler to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have min. 2 years of experience in housekeeping/ F&B or a related field, excellent cleaning skills, able to prepare breakfast for guests, attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong customer service skills, and fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all the guests needed.
- Ensure the areas of villa are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
- Provide simple breakfast for the guest.
- Recording guest history: F&B like/ dislike, preference in the room, etc.
- Handling guest complaints.
Requirements
- Min. 1 year experience in a similar position.
- English proficiency, both verbal and written.
- Have a background in Housekeeping and F&B.
- Able to interact with guests.
- Able to provide simple breakfast for guests.
- Well groomed, motivated and a team player
- Good personality and attitude.
- Able to join immediately.
